Abstract
The article developed the mechanism of forming and selecting strategic standards of the external anti-crisis behavior of a trade enterprise, substantiated its theoretical, methodological and process basis; highlighted the requirements to standards under development. Using the suggested mechanism, the external strategic purposes and standards of anti-crisis behavior have been formed for the example of the OOO Galaktika.
