Abstract
The article presents the results of a study on the definition of the institutional support of the new industrialization around the world as a result of the analysis of the ratings on global indices, namely, the compliance with laws in the country, the conditions of doing business, perception of corruption, economic freedom. The findingsmay be useful for countries in the process of developing an innovative economy.
