Abstract
The relevance of the development and design features of an integrated control and teaching system for the process of producing industrial lubricants is substantiated. We suggest the method for calculating the thermal fields of a thermal block in the production of industrial lubricants. The calculated thermal field of the thermal block in the overall structure of the automatic control system will allow real-time improvement of the quality of the lubricants produced due to the optimally selected length of the coil. It will also provide an opportunity to monitor the process temperature throughout the length of the pipe, that will help to prevent abnormal situations.
