The structure of the state social policy mechanisms realization in the conditions of development processes integration

The main purpose of this study is to substantiate the structural scheme and interconnections of the state social policy implementation mechanisms in the context of increasing the integration processes development. The article substantiates the necessity of the social policy reorganizing on the basis of the comprehensive personality development concept, thus the state creates conditions, opportunities and incentives for individuals to increase their personal potential and, consequently, increase its own human capital. Besides, highlighted the main theoretical developments of the state social policy realization mechanisms and sSubstantiated the list of social policy realization mechanisms and interconnection between them in the conditions of development processes integration. Formed a structural scheme of the social policy implementing mechanisms system and characterized its separate components.
