Abstract
The introduction of sensory marketing in the management of a modern hotel is explored. The existing examples of implementation of this innovation are analyzed. The features of functioning of the hotel which has the function of sensory marketing are determined. The prospects of innovation development in Ukraine are determined. The advantages of introducing sensory marketing in hotel management are summarized.
