This article reveals the pedagogical technologies which facilitate the improvement of the quality of secondary education by means of which showing the creative personality of teacher. Such technologies are the following: personally-oriented and interactive teaching, discussions, which are accompanied with the application of computer, because the education and training process of any educational institution can not operate without computer. The main subject of education and training process is a creative teacher. Their peculiarities and features are revealed.
