ПРОФЕСІЙНА КОМПЕТЕНТНІСТЬ СУЧАСНОГО ВИХОВАТЕЛЯ У ВИМІРІ НАУКОВИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ

The article deals with the problem of theoretical definition of the concepts "professional competence", "professional pedagogical competence", "professional competence of the educator". The author analyzes scientific research on the problem, presents an analysis of professional competence in the context of the scientific work of leading domestic researchers of pre-school education. The structure of the concept «professional pedagogical competence» is defined, which provides the main components for effective professional activity: a methodological, methodological, creative component, their analysis is presented in terms of the prospects for further moderating the system of vocational training of educators.
