Abstract
The necessity of reorientation of educational approaches based on a comprehensive understanding of the specifics of functioning of the human psyche, which was formed evolutionary way of formation of the human species, is substantiated; the application of understanding of mechanisms of evolution and natural selection in the method of detection and maintenance of individual giftedness
is proposed.
