Abstract
In the article authors consider the general aspects of creation, existence and development of the diagnostic system; requirements for functioning in conditions of the diagnostic space are set forth. One of the conditions for the search and further accompaniment of talent in children, from an early age, is the professional readiness of psychologists and teachers for professional activity in the mode of an individual approach to each gifted person. The structure of the diagnostic system, capable of providing individual approaches to each gifted person, is proposed, its components and conditions of effective existence are considered. The optimality of the proposed system for the organization of effective monitoring and diagnostic tests of talent is substantiated. The results, processed with the help of the built-in module of the module, give an opportunity to compare and 71 thoroughly analyze the results, which greatly increases the chances of avoiding errors in determining individual abilities and personal qualities of each student, allowing to more accurately determine the level of development. The function described in detail describes it as a complex mechanism consisting of interconnected and interdependent subsystems. The modern problem of finding the means for diagnosing mental abilities associated with the creative activity of the younger generation becomes very important. The growing need of society in people who can creatively approach any changes, solve existing problems non-traditional and qualitatively caused by acceleration of the development of society and the need to prepare people for life in a rapidly changing environment. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the fullness of all components of the system and their interaction, proposals are made to provide educational and educational process at all levels with a complex of modern methods of diagnostics of giftedness. The ways of expanding the functional capabilities of diagnostic systems are shown with the use of automated data collection and processing.
