Abstract

The article analyzes the formation of modern educational discourse in the context of the need for creative personal development. The works of Russian and foreign scientists on this issue have been analyzed. The need for significant changes in public opinion on the image of a teacher and a pupil of the 21st Сentury has been determined, and the importance of forming a new type of personality has been revealed. The concept of "creativity". At the present stage, the educational sphere, which is directly related to the globalization processes, undergoes significant changes. In the socio-cultural conditions of the information age one can state the collapse of old communicative ties and the emergence of new ones. It actively promotes the emergence of language strategies that are becoming more radical than the previous ones, and therefore actively determine social development. In recent years, there is a growing need for specialists who are able to creatively approach changes that take place in all spheres of society, to use non-traditional ways to solve emerging problems, which involves the need to prepare the younger generation for life and activities in rapidly changing conditions. Given the pedagogical experience, the hidden potential of creativity is in many. This aspect is a research interest, especially in view of the need for adaptation of society to the new conditions and "rules" of communicative interaction. This is facilitated by informatization and computerization, which stimulate significant transformations in the goals, values and meanings of education. An urgent need is to comprehend the available and search for new strategies associated with it, to find adequate ways of adapting the domestic educational space in conditions of coexistence and active interaction with the world cultural and educational space.
