Abstract
This article presents the results of a study on the relationship between quality practices and firm performance. Several studies have been discussed on this subject and our study aims to analyze the impact of quality practices on the performance of companies. This study begins with a review of the literature, and analysis of the various models developed to conclude the results in a comparative table that summarizes the brakes and levers of performance.
