Abstract
The Prophet Muhammad preached a sermon in the end of the his life at Arafat square in the Farewell Pilgrimage. He presented very important universal principles to all mankind with this sermon. These principles are seen as “universal declaration of human rights.” The western world could reach these principles declared approx-imately 1400 years ago by the Prophet Muhammad with the Universal Declaration of human rights published in 1948. The understanding and implementation of these principles that were presented to humanity by the Prophet Muhammad is of vital importance. For this reason, the peace and happiness of mankind depends on the application of these principles
