Abstract

An expanding consideration towards unfair supervision hones has seen in current management literature. This investigation is an effort to explain the proposed phenomenon of abusive supervisory conduct and employee's silence at work place. Additionally, we propose and examine intervening impact of justice perception to ponder the relationship of abusive supervision and staff silence. This examination is led with regards to banks situated in Cairo. This examination bolsters the assumption that negative supervisory behavior prompts employees silence whereas perception of justice plays an intervening role in this relationship. Management needs to comprehend the predecessors and outcomes of the abusive supervision and make, their managers to understand the disappointing results due to negative behavior.
