Crimes against government and problems of their prevention

The article is devoted to the study of crimes against state power and the problems of their prevention. The paper analyzes the problems of combating crimes against state power, which occupy a relatively small place in the overall structure of crime, but, despite this, are characterized by an increased degree of public danger and high latency. The study substantiates the need for their prevention to attach importance to a nationwide, generally social problem that requires concentrated and integrated efforts of subjects at all levels, federal, regional and local.
