Abstract
Internal auditing functions play an important and crucial role to check the internal performance and overall performance of the company. It is very necessary to check and regulate the internal procedure and function with most efficiency. This present study is conducted to know the internal auditing functions in the company and help in identifying and improving the overall risk in the organization and how the overall departments improve their efficiency on the basis ofthe report of internal audit department
