Abstract
The paper presents new experimental facts on the formation of large supramolecular structures with a diameter of 0.3-100 μm in bidistilled water – emulons. This is achieved by direct observation and recording, using a laser digital microscope. They have relaxation time more than one second. The distribution of emulons in the “continuous” water systems depends on the composition of aqueous solutions, the history of water samples and temperature. For the first time, structural changes in water, occurring with a change in temperature, are clearly recorded. The existence of emulons is confirmed by several methods. The new supramolecular emulon complexes, revealed in this paper, make significant corrections to the concept of water structure. They consistently include all previously obtained experimental facts about H2O, which previously did not have a coherent, scientific substantiation. The presence of emulons allows us to explain the “anomalous properties of water”.
