Abstract
The article reveals the content of the concepts of social network, marketing in social networks, likes. The concept of “social networks” from the point of view of history, psychology, formation of the psychological direction is given. The point at issue is the development and emergence of social networks, their impact on society at every stage of human development. The article provides examples of the effectiveness of advertising promotion in social networks, the characteristic of popular publications on marketing communications. The features of promotion of travel agencies in social networks are disclosed.
