PROBLEMS OF EQUIVALENCE IN TRANSLATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN ENGLISH AND GEORGIAN

The article is investigating some of the aspects of legal translation and its process. It takes a look at the problems arising while translation legal documents. The aim of this study is to analyze the problems that the translators are facing while rendering a legal document. It is widely known that legal translation is one of the most difficult areas within the whole translation industry. Legal translation always involves some peculiar challenges for both experienced and beginner translators. The findings of this study might be helpful for anybody interested or mastered in translation studies or linguistics.
