To the question of the concept of quality of medical services

This article analyzes the concepts of “medical service”, “quality of medical care”, and also studies the definitive apparatus of these conceptual categories within the framework of current legislation. The main reasons for the difficulty in understanding the criteria for the quality of medical services in law enforcement practice are identified and the reasons for the destructive attitude to the concept of “safety” are analyzed in the context of this topic.
