Cultivating Intercultural Communication Competence

This article is devoted to the development of intercultural communication competence. Developing intercultural communication competence is a complex learning process. At the basic level of learning, we accumulate knowledge and assimilate them into our existing framework. But accumulated knowledge does not necessarily help us in situations where we have to apply this knowledge.
