Abstract
The article presents some results of American scientists’ studies of the factors contributing to the development of minor girls’ delinquency. Gender differences in predisposition and manifestation of delinquent behavior as well as forming it environment are considered. The author states positive experience of creation efficient gender programs aimed at delinquency prevention and possible for application in Russia.
