The article deals with the manipulative methods of system information influences aimed at Ukraine, and the means of disseminating unreliable information as part of a hybrid war. The principles, algorithm and tools for information verification, the experience of library information and analytical services in verifying information for reliability during its selection for the production of its own high-quality information and analytical product with the purpose of ensuring the adoption of justified management decisions in the context of the confrontation of information aggression are considered.
