Methods of Content-Monitoring and Content-Analysis of Information Flows: Modern Features

The article deals with the features of improvement innovative approaches to the processing of constantly updated information circulating in social information communications, active use of the methods content-monitoring, content-analysis in this process. The experience of the modern information centers, which use and improve the methods of content-monitoring and content-analysis of the information flows, solve the problem of the modern information activity on systematic tracking of social trends and processes in a constantly updated networked information environment are generalized. The research question concerns the generalization of the experience in information processing and analysis of social information communications and reflects informational dimensions of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the life of society subjects, trends, processes, phenomenon, etc. Scientific comprehension of the communication processes, study of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of information introduced in social information communications is considered in the context of the research results of such scholars as A. Baranovsky, A. Berko, V. Vysotskaya, P. Kis, V. Sukhoversky, L. Chirun, V. Horbulin, A. Dodonov, D. Lande, A. Fedorchuk, N. Tanatar. The experience of modern information centers is synthesized. These centerrs, based on generally accepted methodology of content monitoring and content analysis, develop and practice their own innovative approaches to the analytical processing of information flows. The National Law Library, The Service of informational and analytical support of the state authorities of V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine implemented scientific and methodical approaches to evaluation information that correspond to the types of activity of the population, its protest sentiment in different regions. Software-technical, technological approaches and methods of the content-monitoring of the national media field are considered on the case of the Ukrainian company «NOKs fishes». Since 2010, the company has improved program and technical, technological approaches and methods of content monitoring by means of introduction of the service logistics channel through individual on-line databases with a built-in graphical visualization of content analysis, the launch of its own search engine «Shukach.info».
