Abstract
Traditionally used for an assessment of functional class of the chronic cardiac insufficiency (CCI) six minute walk distance (6-MWD) has certain shortcomings, such as subjectivity of research and influence of coronary reserve on the end result of the test. Search of the methods of standardization of load during 6-MWD in patients with CCI is an actual task. In the work efficiency of modified 6-MWD with on-line monitoring of heart rate for group of the patients with hypertensive disease and/or coronary heart disease was estimated.
