Abstract

The instability of the external conditions of the organization, the growing competition in the market and the tendency towards business diversification are important reasons for increasing the quality requirements for managing the marketing activities of the organization. The concept of controlling is proposed fs a tool for modernizing marketing management, designed to provide information support for management decisions at both the operational and strategic levels.
