Abstract
The article investigates the processes of NSF for pine nut lignin. It is shown that when solving problems of NSF, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of methods of influencing a fluid - containing mixture of initial components. Experimental data are also described that indicate that the structure of the lignin under study contributes to the synthesis of new elements, and depending on the characteristics of the processing scheme used, the initial chemical elements can change their concentration hundreds and thousands of times compared to the initial value. In this case, the design features of the applied exposure scheme matter. A petrographic analysis was conducted, the data of which help to understand the mechanisms of interaction of the initial matrix with an external influence and the behavior of the natural mineral substance during processing is of interest.
