Abstract

When using the electric drive systems of axial batching machines in the finishing works of the textile industry, where the main controlling coordinate is the constant tension of the winding material, the task of forming rolls with the necessary winding density is important, especially in the case of winding materials with a movable deformable structure, such as fabric or warp. The well-known mathematical models [7, 11], which describe the state of a wound roll, do not provide an adequate solution to this problem. A variant of the mathematical model of the system of an interconnected electric drive of axial batching machine is considered, which, unlike the mentioned models, allows to solve the assigned problem.
