Abstract

Pedagogical activity is the purposeful, motivated influence of the teacher focused on all-round development of the personality and its preparation for life in modern social and cultural conditions. Creativity is of great importance in teaching. Teacher, developing creative abilities of students, becomes a creator and innovator in search of adequate methods of training and education. Creativity of the teacher covers different aspects of its activities: the construction of lessons and extracurricular activities, work on the organization of the team of students, the design of personality, development of strategies and tactics of pedagogical activity in order to optimally solve the problems of education and training of the younger generation. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, system approach, the essence of activity of the personality, its structural components of function, levels of manifestation that is a basis for any kind of activity, including creative are revealed. Despite the different approaches to the interpretation of the phenomenon of creativity, scientists, philosophers, psychologists, teachers talk about the main feature of creativity – novelty, which is social and personal in nature. Social experience, human culture accumulated thanks to the creative search of many generations. The subjective meaning of creativity is that through creative activity a person is formed. Various approaches to definition of essence of pedagogical creativity are given, all researchers analyze it from the point of view of pedagogical activity of the teacher. As a result of the analysis of literary sources on the phenomena of activity and creativity, based on methodological approaches to the study of personality, the concept of “creative activity of the future teacher” and the structural and content characteristics of the integrative personal and professional quality of the teacher (motivational value, content, procedural, evaluation and analytical components) was formulated. These articles are the basis for the solution of the following problems to the theoretical substantiation of the process of formation of creative activity of future teachers by modern pedagogical technologies in the integral pedagogical process of the higher educational establishment.
