MANAGEMENT MODEL OF INTEGRATED MEDICAL CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH ACUTE DISORDERS OF CEREBRAL CIRCULATION IN GRODNO REGION

The article reveals the mechanism of step-by-step implementation of management model of complex medical care for patients with acute cerebrovascular disorders in Grodno region, which combines elements of quality control of primary and secondary prevention, organization of routing and redistribution of patient flows during hospitalization, quality control of resource centers, with the leading role of Grodno Regional Clinical Hospital. The successive stages are shown: - organization of a specialized doctor's office for the prediction and prevention of acute cerebrovascular disorders,with the development of regulatory framework, performance indicators and performance assessment over the period from 2014 to 2017; - optimization of mechanisms for the use of the network of hospitals in the region with the allocation of resource centers to provide in-patient medical care for patients with acute cerebrovascular disorders and analysis of the effectiveness over the period from October 2016 to September 2018; - introduction of standardized interviews and subsequent expert evaluation for monitoring the effectiveness of primary prevention and early intervention measures (public awareness, assistance to this group of patients in the context of districts, individual health care institutions) and analysis of the data obtained over the period from December 2016 to March 2018. The method of quality assessment of medical care organization to patients with acute cerebrovascular disorders at the regional level is proved.
