MODERN THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE CONCEPT OF OPEN NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM

Purpose. The systematization of modern concepts of the global scientific thought about the concept of the national innovation system and the formulation of the author’s concepts of the national innovation system. Methods. The basis for the survey was formed of the multilevel concept of methodological knowledge: the concept of national innovation system, the concept of technological innovation systems, the concept of branch (sectoral) innovation systems, the classification of the geography of innovations. Results. The parts of concepts were researched: the national innovation system, geography of innovations, technological innovation system and branch (sectoral) innovation system. Scientific novelty. The author’s concept of the open national innovation system includes the model of the interrelation of classifications ? functional-processing, geographical innovation systems and high-tech and knowledge-based products (commodities, service); the model of the open national innovation system; all of them are the parts of the open national innovation system.
