ON THE MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE REGION

Purpose. Identification of problem and the most promising economic activities in the region based on a comparison of their quantitative indicators with the average for the district, as well as with those on the statistical cluster to which the region. Methods. Achieve its goals in the study allows the use of data-matching method, cluster analysis and calculation of the indicator integral development of agricultural activities on the internal and external functioning parameters. Results. Based on official statistics a proposal for performance evaluation of agricultural activities in the Central Federal District and on this basis the definition of investment prospects were offered. Identified problem areas in the development of agriculture can be a serious obstacle to the functioning of the economy of innovation territories, as well as regional authorities regarded as springboards to concentrate financial and legal efforts. Scientific novelty. The proposed procedure for evaluating the study of indicators of agricultural development can reasonably prioritize one or another sector of agriculture in the region for investors support.
