Features of the formation of the Altai Regional Party Committee in the 1930s

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of the party elite of the Altai Territory. The author found that the process of formation of the party elite of the region occurred in difficult historical conditions: the administrative and territorial isolation of the region, the unwinding of the repressions flywheel. It is shown that all these processes were decisive factors in the folding of the professional functions of leading party workers, the specifics and style of their work.
