JUVENILE DELINQUENCY IN REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN AND PROBLEMS OF ITS WARNINGS

Purpose. Study the underlying causes of juvenile crime in the Republic of Dagestan and identify issues to prevent it. Methods. In the Republic of Dagestan traced high latency of juvenile delinquency, due to the reluctance of citizens to apply to law enforcement agencies, as well as the influence of customary law to resolve conflicts. Results. The main directions in the prevention of juvenile delinquency is to provide adequate social control by the relevant services, as well as the establishment of special juvenile committees whose work activities will contribute to the minimization of crime. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that crime in the republic of Dagestan has its specific features that require specific methods of its prevention. Very important in the prevention of juvenile delinquency is an individual approach to the study of the personality of the juvenile delinquent.
