Abstract
A 40 years old female referred from department of dermatology as a case of Pseudoxanthoma elasticum for ophthalmology evaluation. On examination ,both eyes-anterior segment was normal .Visual acuity was within normal limits. Fundus examination showed radial curvilinear brown to grey extensions emanating from the disc suggestive of angioid streaks. This case is reported for its rarity. Incidence of angioid streaks in Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is 87 percent.
