Abstract
Post intubation tracheal stenosis following OPC (Organophosphorous) poisoning and prolonged ventilation, through this we highlight the importance of preservation of tracheal rings as much as possible to obtain less tension at the anastomotic site. By directly planning for tracheal resection and end to end anastomosis in cases with mild stridor, we can avoid emergency tracheostomy and its related disadvantages.
