Abstract
Blow out fracture of Medial Orbital Wall causing Isolated Medial Rectus entrapment is a rare entity, only few cases have been reported in literature. CASE REPORT - We are presenting here a case report of a 12 year old boy with complaints pain in the left eye for 1 week and double vision for 1week with history of blunt injury 1 week back with restricted abduction and adduction of left eye and forced duction test positive of left eye. CONCLUSION - Medial rectus muscle entrapment should be treated surgically either by open Transcaruncular medial orbitotomy of medial wall or Endoscopic endonasal fracture reduction, hence early intervention cause ultimate resolution of Diplopia.
