THE SOLUTION TO GENERAL ISSUES IN THEORETICAL LINGUISTICS BY ARABIC PHYLOLOGY AND RUSSIAN STUDIES IN ARABIC LANGUAGE IS THE ONLY WAY OF CORRECT SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATION OF THE EMOTIVE CATEGORY IN THE ARABIC LITERARY LANGUAGE

The purpose of the present research is to show dependency of practical presentation of these or those language phenomena and processes from theoretical ideas of them. The paper analyzes the emotive category interpretation by Arabic linguistics and Russian studies in Arabic Language. On the concrete language and linguistic material we illustrate incompleteness and inaccuracy of information they communicate about Arabic means of expressing emotions (MEE). In our opinion, the only recommendation to eliminate mentioned above shortcomings can be solution to emotivity (emotiveness) related linguistic issues by Arabic linguists and Russian orientalists specializing in Arabic Language. We’ve . proposed the solution of some of them in our earlier publications and we are submitting the solution of the other ones now.
