Abstract
This article is part of a series of articles on a subject: Legal support of work of the Service center of repair of mobile equipment. In the work key actions and legal aspects are considered at the conclusion of the contract (receipt) with the Service center, examples of the receipt are given and the attention is focused on essentially important nuances. Relationship between the customer and the performer of service is a research objective. The knowledge of basic provisions of the law "Consumer Right Protection Law" and the Civil Code, commented in article, will allow to avoid violation of the rights of the customer of service, and to protect the rights in case of their violation. The consi dered questions give to the consumer an idea of what he can face at the appeal to the Service center.
