Abstract
The technologies dealing with discovering problems in information business support are considered. The results of conducted researches are given, the goal of which was the elaboration of the new technical solutions aimed to increasing business efficiency. The efficiency improvement is attained due to exception of losses a priori caused by problems in business processes.
