CONSIDERATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE LOCAL ROADS NETWORK ON DEVELOPMENT OF ULUS, THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA)

The current methods of road network design in specific conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) cannot be always effective. In the conditions of Yakutia at designing a local roads network, it is suggested to take into account the key factor that is social factor. Based on it the necessity of hard surface road construction is proved. In addition, the system of criteria is suggested which would define the social and equitable development of territories by means of local roads network.
