Requirements for Content of Decision of Bargain-Meeting

Abstract
The article considers the components, that obligatory should meet the contents of bargain-meeting decision through the civil doctrine of the validity conditions of a bargain. As a result of the analysis of theoretical terms on the legitimacy of the content as a condition of the bargain, regulations and judicial practice validity, it is concluded that the subject matter of the legitimacy of the bargain content (the meeting decision) consists of the following components, each of which is important for the validity of the bargain: accordance of the bargain terms with the requirements of standard regulations; definition of the content; possibility of execution; accordance with the moral foundations of the society; accordance with the principles of good faith, rationality and justice; adequacy of the literally written text of the protocol and decisions made by the civil society. Analysis of the terms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the content of the protocol of the meeting decision, as well as the requirements to the meetings protocols that are established by special laws, gives grounds for asserting that the information, specified in these normative acts as mandatory for inclusion in the protocol, is a significant condition of the bargain.
