Features of Determining Crimes Against Judges Legal Activity

Abstract
The article examines the issues of determination of the crimes against the legal activity of the judges. The study of the set of reasons and conditions for counteracting the legal activity of judges brings us to understanding of the most important moments of identification of crime in the field of protecting the judicial activity from criminal offences. The defense of the basic principles of independence of the judiciary is necessary primarily for ensuring the disaffection of justice. In the author's opinion, the study of the problem of counteracting the legal activity of judges is directly related to the need of identifying the causes and prerequisites that create an enabling environment for illegal behavior in the sphere of justice administration, due to which the analyzed aspects of counteracting the legitimate activity of judges are determined by circumstances formed in the process of interaction of the criminal personality with interference of internal and external criminogenic factors. The author identifies two main groups of objective and subjective factors and gives them a detailed description, analyzes the individual factors belonging to the relevant groups.116
