Abstract
Industrial technology of manufacturing temperature sensors with ultra-high thermal sensitivity based on nickel-doped silicon is developed and mastered. The developed sensors allow you to remotely and continuously monitor the temperature of the object. The results show that temperature sensors based on Si can be used in high radiation conditions.
