Abstract

The article discusses the impact of cultural changes on the development of social capital of enterprises and economic behavior of the staff. Determined that the cultural component can Orient the staff on the indicators of economic well-being, profit and benefits from the use of the workforce, and to build social motivation. The proposed expanded interpretation of the social capital of the enterprise, which includes the categories of health capital of workers, labor, intellectual and emotional energy capital.
