Legal strategies in the field of protection of human rights

The specification of the application of legal strategies in the field of human rights protection, used by the state as a means of achieving political goals, has been studied. Legal strategies aimed at protecting individual rights and freedoms, strategies for optimizing legal instruments in the field of human rights are analyzed in the context of the theory of the state and law; state legal strategies are defined in the field of protecting citizens' rights and freedoms in a particular legal system. It is shown how the target orientation of legal strategies in the field of protection of human rights and the nature of transformations of legal systems are due to their implementation. The issues of legal strategies for the protection of human rights are considered as topical issues for Ukraine in the period of building a legal state.
