MODERN INSTRUMENT FOR STATE SUPPORT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN THE AGRICULTURAL SPHERE OF REGIONAL ECONOMY

In the article the complex study of the main tendencies of development of small agribusiness and agriculture in general is carried out. The directions of improvement of agrarian and land policy, as well as economic levers of state regulation of the agrarian sphere of the region's economy are determined. The main tools for supporting the development of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector of the region's economy are considered. Particular attention is paid to the study of budget and extrabudgetary support of small businesses in the agro-industry. The prerequisites of correct construction of the system of granting agro-industrial credit for small business are analyzed. A comprehensive toolkit for supporting small businesses in the agrarian sector of the region's economy has been developed.
