Abstract
Cardiovocal syndrome otherwise called Ortner's syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by left recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis secondary to a cardiovascular cause, described first in 1897.There are several cardiovascular pathologies causing this syndrome, with left atrial enlargement due to Mitral stenosis being the most common. Imaging , in particular CT plays a vital role in diagnosing this condition as it is unsuspected on clinical evaluation. Here we present a case of left vocal cord paralysis secondary to Aortic arch aneurysm
