Libraries in the Information Counteraction to Negative Influences in Social Networks

In the context of the rapid development of information technology, especially the Internet, people become more and more dependent on the information surrounding it. Social networks in which a person spends most of his time become not only a means of obtaining daily information, but also a source of manipulative influence in order to form a dissenting opinion in the interests of certain political forces or groups of people.The article deals with methods of dissemination of negative informational influences in social networks. The typical examples of such messages are given, the influence of such information on social network users is determined. The given recommendations on revealing of negative informational influences in social networks during preparation of information-analytical product of libraries.
