Abstract
A 45 year old male presented with ho trivial trauma sustained injury to left arm. Patient is a known case of squamous cell carcinoma of right forearm who underwent amputation. Pathological Lesion was excised and ORIF with plating and intramedullary K wire stabilization augmented with cement was performed by posterior approach. This case reports fixation of pathological fracture in distal metaphyseal region of humerus where adequate distal purchase of screws is difficult, by an innovative approach. Excellent rating of 22 according to The Revised Musculoskeletal Tumor Society Rating Scale.
