A case report on Post Traumatic right nasal deformity with vestibular stenosis - Open Rhinoplasty with vestibular stenosis correction using cartilage strut done

Abstract
Post traumatic vestibular stenosis , a common cause of vestibular stenosis can be corrected by various techniques , here we present a case of post traumatic nasal deformity with vestibular stenosis in 33 year old male following road traffic accident 9 months ago, presenting with history of right sided nasal obstruction , continuous since injury , on examination scarring of right alar region with depression and shortening of columella seen . He underwent open rhinoplasty with cartilage strut to support alar cartilage . His symptoms were relieved post operatively with no post operative complication during followup .
